Our founder
Kirsty Thomson founded The Circle in 2015, having seen the need for affordable workspaces where organisations could work together and build community. She has worked in and with charities and social enterprises for over 20 years and has secured over £13 million in funding.
Kirsty stepped down as CEO in 2024.
