From our Chair
The Circle moves boldly on through 2026 after another magnificent year of security, sustainability and support. At the heart of The Circle has always been our social integrity, benefit and shared values, and these continue to prevail as new challenges undoubtedly appear.
Key to the continued success and the services we provide is our team — focused, driven and inclusive. We push on to continue our growth, reach and impact: locally, nationally, and to the future.
I want to sincerely thank the staff and volunteers who keep The Circle running day to day, and my fellow directors for their support and insights. I also want to extend heartfelt thanks to our community, funders and supporters. We could not do this without you.
Campbell Archibald

Where our money comes from
Independence is the point of More Than Profit. Charts are the one place the full brand palette is allowed out.
- Earned by trading
- Grants
Rent, room hire, consultancy fees and mobility hire together fund the great majority of what we do. Grant funding extends the work rather than sustaining it.
