Some people take it for granted that they can make a trip to the shops, attend a medical appointment or enjoy a tourist spot. There are real barriers for people who need specialist equipment to get out and about.
Whether you need a device for a one-off trip or for regular visits, we want to make Dundee more accessible for you. The Circle Mobility is based next to the Overgate shopping centre, hiring out a range of vehicles to help people get out and about in the city and beyond.
We also have a seating area, tea and coffee facilities, and an accessible toilet, so there is no need to rush your visit to us.

Forms of ID we accept
- Passport or driving licence
- Bus pass or any card with the PASS logo
- Debit or credit card
- Blue badge
- Recent letter with your name and address, dated within the last 3 months
You do not need a Blue Badge. The service is available for anyone who needs it.
